💭 in your head · nothing to type

Run through the task list from u1 (my-experiments/u1-missing-tools.md) in your head.

Don't see it as a wish list. Picture a surgeon before an operation. Instruments laid out on the tray in strict order — scalpel, clamp, retractor — the right one at the right instant, no searching. You now have MCP, Hooks, Skills. Look at your list: which instrument goes onto the tray first?

Which task from the list now feels like an operation you're prepared for?

👁 Reflection

💭 in your head · nothing to type

You've covered the core path of the course — module 08 and optional modules 09–11 are still ahead.

Modules 00–01: understood how to think about working with AI. Modules 02–03: set up the tools. Module 04: learned to write prompts. Module 05: mastered context management. Module 06: built your first pipeline. Module 07: plugged in extensions.

Don't think of this as "the finish line." Picture a chess grandmaster whose opening lines have sunk so deep into muscle memory that the first moves happen without thought. That frees the mind for the middlegame, where everything is decided. You've just drilled the opening into memory. Catch this in your head: what middlegame is waiting for you now?

💡 Concept

Final architecture: an AI clone for a real task

You can assemble a full specialized agent from:

AGENTS.md ← context: who you are and what you do
+ MCP server ← access to needed tools (GitHub, Notion, browser)
+ Skill ← reusable scenario for your task
+ Hook ← automation after completion

Example: Meeting Intelligence clone

AGENTS.md: "You are a meeting assistant. Priority: structured outputs"
MCP: Google Calendar (to fetch meetings)
Skill: /meeting-summary (transcript → decisions + tasks)
Hook: SessionEnd → send summary to Slack

Example: Code Review clone

AGENTS.md: "You are a senior developer. Focus: security and readability"
MCP: GitHub (sees PRs and files)
Skill: /code-review (analyze diff → find issues)
Hook: Stop → auto-add a comment to the PR

A process for a larger project: Superpowers. It is a set of Skills with a brainstorm → plan → execute → verify → review discipline. Use it when a project lasts longer than one evening and one iteration is not enough. Superpowers materials.
