💭 in your head · nothing to type

Environment checked. Now — setting up the workshop.

Don't picture this as "installing software." Picture a chef before service: every knife in its slot, mise en place assembled, sauces ready to go. Nothing wasted. Everything within reach.

Run that image in your head: you're at the station before the first order comes in. What needs to be at arm's reach so nothing stalls mid-flow? Hold that question — it'll come alive the moment the tools are in place.

👁 Reflection

💭 in your head · nothing to type

Return to the chef's workshop. After installation, every tool should sit in its place and be ready for the first order.

What will you put within reach first so the service does not stall?

⚡ Quick install (one line)

Want a working lab right away? Run one command in your terminal. It installs Node.js, Git, and Claude Code, then verifies the result. If anything goes wrong, the step-by-step path is below.

💡 On Linux, use the same command as Mac (curl … | bash).

⚠️ A command like this downloads a script and runs it on your computer straight away. If you want to see what it does first, save it to a file — curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh -o install.sh (on Windows: irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 -OutFile install.ps1) — read it, and only then run it (bash install.sh or .\install.ps1).

After it finishes, open a new terminal and run claude. Below is the manual path if you want to understand each step.

Installing Claude Code

Claude Code is a CLI (command-line interface), an agent that works right in your terminal.
